It serves as an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, swimmers, skiers, excursionists, or simply those looking to relax. The house features a restaurant offering both national and international cuisine.

Lermoos in Winter
The ski area in Lermoos is situated at our local mountain, the Grubigstein. Today, the Grubigstein ski area captivates alpine enthusiasts. Cross-country skiers can be found traversing the Moos, where winter hikers also enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama. Lermoos has become a significant tourist destination, offering around 3,500 guest beds across all categories. Après-ski venues, bars, pubs, cafes, and restaurants create a lively atmosphere.
15.8 km of blue (easy) slopes, of which 14.8 km are snow-covered
12.4 km of red (moderate) slopes, of which 6.4 km are snow-covered
2.8 km of black (difficult) slopes, of which 1.6 km are snow-covered
2.0 km of unprepared "ski route"
The Grubigstein area spoils you with over 10 lift facilities and numerous slopes leading directly into the village center.
Cross-country skiers can fully enjoy the extensive network of trails in the Zugspitze arena. The trails from Ehrwald through Lermoos lead all the way to Heiterwang. Fantastic hikes on cross-country skis delight those seeking relaxation.
Lermoos in Summer
In summer, the local mountains offer numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities, with the mountain lift starting right in the town center.
For children and families, there is the Lusspark park area, featuring a relaxation area, pond, and playground, as well as the panoramic outdoor pool with a giant slide and water play garden, along with the famous Moosles nature trail.
The expansive Moos landscape invites leisurely walks and cycling.
Grubigstein, the local mountain of Lermoos, boasts countless hiking trails and breathtaking views of the Wetterstein massif with the Zugspitze, the Ammergau Alps with Daniel, and the Mieminger chain with the distinctive Sonnenspitze. The vibrant Lermoos Moos is beautifully situated in the valley basin. The impressive 9-hole golf course, "Zugspitzgolf," is located in this unique natural area.
